Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and process payroll for assigned clients
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Assist with tax document preparation and audit support requests
- Monitor cash flow projections and financial performance metrics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift or remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
