Responsibilities
- Process weekend payroll for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions bi-weekly
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows on weekends
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance documentation
- Support month-end closing procedures on Sundays
- Train weekend staff on accounting protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- QuickBooks Online proficiency and Excel mastery
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail with reconciliations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
