Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping for multiple clients, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process invoices, payments, and journal entries with a high degree of precision.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and audit support.
- Monitor and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality during night hours.
