Responsibilities
- Perform weekend account reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable on Saturdays and Sundays
- Conduct weekend audits and ensure SOX compliance for financial processes
- Prepare weekly financial reports for senior management review
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday team members to ensure seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
