Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare and submit year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099, etc.)
- Act as primary payroll liaison for HR and employee inquiries
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics tools
- Ensure FLSA compliance and overtime calculations
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations and tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Strong analytical skills with 100% accuracy focus
- PHR certification preferred
