Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Support HR with onboarding/offboarding payroll documentation
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Implement process improvements using provided automation tools
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of GA payroll tax regulations
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
