Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining $0 cash discrepancy tolerance
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products (CDs, loans, investment services)
- Lead teller team training sessions and mentor junior staff on compliance protocols
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Execute dual control procedures for vault access and ATM replenishment
- Analyze account trends to recommend personalized financial solutions
- Contribute to branch revenue goals through proactive client engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume banking experience with proven cash handling accuracy
- FINRA Series 6/63 securities license preferred (required for advancement)
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (verbal/written)
- Advanced knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA/AML regulations
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in financial services
- Proficiency in core banking platforms (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate degree in Finance/Business or equivalent certification
