Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts receivable/payable transactions over the weekend
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for client portfolios
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Conduct weekend audits of financial records and internal controls
- Generate weekend financial reports for senior management review
- Collaborate with weekday team during handover periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
