Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Process payroll and tax filings for weekend-shift employees
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend financial operations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance reviews
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with weekend rotation duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
