Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process payroll and vendor payments on Saturdays
- Prepare weekend financial reports for Monday executive review
- Monitor cash flow and banking transactions
- Assist with weekend audits and compliance checks
- Update QuickBooks and financial databases
- Coordinate with weekday accounting team for handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency required
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Texas CPA license preferred
- Experience with multi-state compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail
