Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with tax professionals for quarterly/yearly filings
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems
- Lead month-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in senior bookkeeping role
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel (Advanced)
- Proven track record with multi-client portfolio management
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance (IL/FL)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills with 0% error tolerance
