- Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure timely processing
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews and tax preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting expertise
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
