Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage complex account reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP)
- Deep expertise in tax preparation, auditing, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts with 100% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
