Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
- Prepare insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to extract, manipulate, and present large datasets effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Tableau for data visualization and analysis is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable.
