Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records monthly
- Assist in preparing financial reports and tax documentation
- Maintain digital and physical financial filing systems
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
