Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to explain differences against budget and forecast.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and internal audit documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational efficiencies and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
