Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts for business units
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
