Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects related to M&A activities and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
