Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and prepare executive dashboards for quarterly board reviews
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions and capital allocation strategies
- Lead due diligence processes for private equity investments across energy and healthcare sectors
- Collaborate with CFO to design investor presentations and quarterly earnings reports
- Monitor regulatory compliance changes affecting financial reporting standards
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced Excel modeling and valuation techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CFA designation preferred
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in investment banking or private equity
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Power BI and SQL for financial data visualization
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets with 99% accuracy
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance executives
- Active Louisiana CPA license or willingness to obtain within 6 months
