Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with weekend shift coverage
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for stakeholders
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial operations
- Maintain internal controls and documentation for weekend shift activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven experience with weekend shift or alternative scheduling
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
