Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing
- Implement and optimize daily pay systems for employee transactions
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and expense control initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel with advanced functions
- Proven track record in daily pay implementation or fintech systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
