Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver comprehensive reports to senior leadership
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with clear narrative explanations
- Identify growth opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
- Streamline financial reporting processes using automation tools
- Support M&A activities due diligence and valuation modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly valued
