Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including ROI analysis and variance reporting
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Support M&A activities due diligence and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of translating data into strategic recommendations
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based financial modeling
