Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit readiness
