- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP/NetSuite
- Expert knowledge of tax preparation and compliance
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume settings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits
