Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closings, and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Conduct financial analysis and support budget forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
