- Mentor junior accountants while implementing continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel modeling
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
