Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with insightful commentary
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Develop and implement process improvements using accounting software
- Mentor junior accountants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
