Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or equivalent payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and multi-state tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
