Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (Form 940/941, W-2/W-4)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration (401k, health insurance)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and employee onboarding
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP or similar HCM platforms
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of FLSA, ACA, and state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with SAP or Oracle HR modules a plus
