Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and send out accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
