Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable reconciliation and general ledger maintenance
- Execute tax compliance filings and audit support documentation
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare executive-level reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial forecasting
- Implement internal controls for financial data integrity
- Lead night-shift accounting operations during critical reporting periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions

- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
