Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes during night shift hours.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close procedures with high attention to detail.
- Process payroll for night staff and ensure tax filings are current.
- Maintain digital and physical financial filing systems securely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus but not mandatory.
