Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance filings under the supervision of senior staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Perform general office accounting duties and data entry with a high degree of precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role or internship preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
