Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations monthly
- Prepare financial statements and reports for executive leadership
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Oversee budget tracking and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
