Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with quarterly tax documentation
- Implement internal controls for compliance
- Support year-end audit processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-client portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
