Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support audits with accurate documentation and data
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and financial software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
