Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency
- Conduct audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with CFO on financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA preferred)
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
