Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for strategic planning
- Prepare detailed budget reports and variance analyses for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met
- Create compelling financial presentations for stakeholders and board members
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
