Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support audits and ensure SOX/GAAP adherence
- Optimize financial systems using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial data
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
