Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for client reviews
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 15+ clients
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for new clients
- Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and MN tax regulations
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
