Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) based on customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Contribute to branch goals through active participation in sales campaigns
- Train on new banking technologies and product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
