Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and audit reports quarterly
- Support year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state regulations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, EEOC, and CA labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in high-volume environments
