Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and adhere to security protocols
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team performance goals
- Participate in community outreach events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
- Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean background check
