Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Balance cash drawer and maintain daily transaction records
- Uphold strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Operate core banking systems and digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Must pass background check and credit verification
- Willingness to obtain required banking certifications
