Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements for executive review
- Process payroll for 200+ employees using ADP/QuickBooks systems
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital archives for all financial documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven night shift reliability with consistent availability 11 PM - 7 AM CT
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Expertise in GAAP principles and tax compliance regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
