Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger monthly
- Process AP/AR with precision and timeliness
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Collaborate with CFO on financial strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Ability to meet urgent deadlines in fast-paced environments
