Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle general ledger operations and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
