Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoice payments and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize AP workflows using Oracle NetSuite and Concur platforms
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms and early payment discounts
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP ledger reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) and Excel advanced functions
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience implementing process improvements in AP operations
