Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Process payroll, invoices, and expense reports with precision
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
